We aim to respond within 3 hours during office hours and to provide resolution within 24 hours or a recommendation about how long resolution will take where immediate resolution isn't possible.

Should you wish to make a complaint the initial request should be made through the ticket helpdesk support system provided at http://www.choose-hosting.com/clients/supporttickets.php. Please clearly indicate that it is a complaint and it will be dealt with inline with our published complaints procedure.
Our Registrar Agreement with Nominet (the organisation which controls .uk domain names) requires us to make our complaints procedure regarding the registration and management of .uk domain names available in the following format. Should you not be satisfied with the outcome or resolution offered by the customer support team please indicate that you wish your complaint to be escalated and it will be forwarded to a manager or director who will then examine the relevant information and may contact you directly to find a remedy. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

When registering a UK domain name through any of our systems all registrants must tick a box to confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions and those required by each relevant registry.

These terms apply to all registrations and renewals of .uk domains.
.uk Domain names may be registered or renewed with Choose Domain Names for either One year (1 Year @ £6.50GBP) or Two years (2 Years @ £9.99GBP).
There are no additional charges to transfer your .uk Domain names to a new Registrar. However Domains will only be considered for transfer once all invoices have been paid and any outstanding balances settled, Choose Domain Names DOES NOT CHARGE the registrant for transferring domain(s) away to another registrar's tag.
We send five reminders before the registrant's domain(s) expires. The first renewal reminder is sent 60 days before the registrant's renewal date. The second renewal reminder is sent 30 days before the registrant's renewal date. The third renewal reminder is sent 15 days before the registrant's renewal date. The fourth renewal reminder is sent 7 days before the registrant's renewal date. The fifth and final renewal reminder is sent 1 day before the registrant's renewal date.
Domain Renewal reminders are emailed to the email address on the account, it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Choose Domain Names take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect.
Registrants may set their domain names to Auto Renew, this can be managed through the client portal area. Invoices are generated 30 days before their due date.
The terms and conditions remain in force when a domain is auto renewed and our domain renewal emails contain a reminder that the renewal of domain names are subject to Choose Domain Names' (the registrar's) and Nominet's (the registry's) terms and conditions.
If a registrant does not renew their domain name before it's expiry date the domain will expire. The registrant will have up to 30 days in which to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee, however the domain will not be accessible so any web site or email services associated with may stop working during this period. After 30 days the registrant's domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period within which they may still renew the domain name but with an additional redemption fee of £100. Please request this using the support help desk before the 80th day after the domain has expired, after 90 days the domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register. Choose Domain Names will not guarantee the late renewal of a domain name.
Late fees may be charged for late payment of invoices. Services may be suspended if an invoice remains overdue. Services and Accounts may be terminated if payment remains overdue. The customer acknowledges that termination may result in Choose Domain Names ceasing to provide the applicable services, with the consequences that flow from such cessation, including (but not limited to), deletion of data including but not limited to client data stored in hosting packages and mail boxes.
